There is an IBM port of the SDK, fetch the archive to get the url. Also,
there is the Blackdown SDK which have Swing. Both are
non-free. Blackdown provides debs but is still 1.3

You can also look at the free alternative: kaffe, sablevm and gij are
known to have AWT implementation and some Swing implementations (depends
on which you'll choose). You can also download the non-free Swing jar
from Sun and try to use it with any free JVM. It should run (or report
problems on debian-java@lists.debian.org) or to the BTS.
