us³ug dostêpu do Internetu (http://www.astercity.net/intg.html)
dokonanych przez Abonentów sieci ASTER.
Prosimy o przesy³anie zg³oszen WY£¡CZNIE w formacie tekstowym
(dozwolone s± równie¿ za³±czniki plain/text). W zale¿no¶ci od
wykrytego wykroczenia prawid³owe zg³oszenie powinno zawieraæ:
* Informacja o próbie w³amania na komputer:
1. IP zaatakowanego komputera,
2. IP komputera, z którego nast±pi³ atak,
3. dok³adn± datê, godzinê zaj¶cia, oraz strefê czasow±
* Informacja o otrzymaniu Spamu, czyli niechcianej poczty
od Abonenta sieci Aster City:
1. Kopiê e-maila z pe³nym nag³ówkiem.
* Informacja o naruszeniu Regulaminu na newsach:
1. Kopiê artyku³u z pe³nym nag³ówkiem + Message-ID wiadomo¶ci.
Jednocze¶nie informujemy, ¿e brak któregokolwiek z wymienionych
elementów w zg³oszeniu uniemo¿liwia rozpoczêcie procedury przyjêtej
w Aster City.
W przypadku pytañ lub w±tpliwo¶ci prosimy o kontakt ze swoim
administratorem lub helpdeskiem.

We would like to inform that the following e-mail address
abuse@astercity.net can be used only to notify about the abuse
of Regulations set by Aster City Cable Company Warsaw concerning
the access to the Internet made by users of the ASTER Network.
The information about the abuse should ONLY be in the text format.
In relation to the type of abuse the notification should include
following information.
Information about hacking into a computer
1. IP of the attacked computer
2. IP of the computer used for the attack
3. the exact date, hour and time zone of the incident
Information about Spam, that is the unwanted e-mails from the
Aster City Network users
1. the copy of the e-mail with a full headers
Information about the abuse of Regulations on newsgroups
1. a copy of the article with a full headers and Message-ID
We would like also to inform that the lack of any of required
information unables the beginning of a procedure adopted by Aster City.
