Re: Xine dying on me :-(
The problem seems to be linked to the "LANG" environment variable (type
'env | grep LANG' to see the one you have setup).
When I run gnome with french language (fr_FR-ISO-xxxx), xine doesn't
start with the error :
xiTK DIE: create_labelofbutton()@121: xitk_font_load_font() failed.
Exiting
But when I start gnome 2.4 in English (en_CA.UTF-8), it works fine.
