Does it abort or hang? Is there any interesting output when you start it

When I start Mozilla browser and news from Gnome and Esound is installed, ps -eaf | grep mozilla looks like this:

wim 505 1 0 22:04 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 581 1 1 22:09 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin -news
wim 597 523 0 22:10 pts/0 00:00:00 grep mozilla

When Esound is not installed it looks like this:

wim 505 1 0 22:04 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 581 1 0 22:09 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin -news
wim 697 1 24 22:11 ? 00:00:12 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 706 697 0 22:11 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 707 706 0 22:11 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 708 706 0 22:11 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 709 706 0 22:11 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 710 706 0 22:11 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin
wim 734 730 0 22:12 pts/0 00:00:00 grep mozilla

When I type $ mozilla in a terminal nothing happens and I need to do ctrl-c to get my cursor back.

As far as I can see other programs are running well.

Greetz,
Wim.
