Thanks I go further with this file.
I have now compiled it in my kernel and can see it:

cat /proc/execdomains
17-17   X86LINUX                [kernel]
0-0     Linux                   [kernel]

I can run ls-x86 (even before applying this patch) but still can't run
the wine test:

qemu /usr/local/qemu-i386/wine/bin/wine /usr/local/qemu-i386/wine/c/Program\ Files/putty.exe
wine: could not exec wineserver

Any idea?
