If you mean look into the code, I'm sorry to say my coding skills are
about zero.

I just rsync'd and built a new kernel and it seems to be working
correctly now.  If your curious about the dates here's uname -a for the
kernels:

Linux myrna 2.6.0-test11 #1 Wed Dec 3 09:54:35 EST 2003 ppc GNU/Linux
	CapsLock goes to sleep (keycode 58 + 116)
Linux myrna 2.6.0-test11 #1 Thu Dec 4 23:32:17 EST 2003 ppc GNU/Linux
	CapsLock fine
