I have tryed to boot it and I get :
sda:<3>ata1: DMA timeout, stat 0x1
ATA: abnormal status 0xD0 on port 0xF11BF01C

Hmm this sounds like the 250 Gig harddrive problem. I don't suppose you have a 250 gig maxtor harddrive?

After the fans start to go hight...

Any idea of what to do next ?

For fans you want to turn on G5 power management and for the SATA fix, just upgrade to a later kernel. I'm pretty sure its in the current 2.6 sources from bk. Haven't validated as benh still has my maxtor. :-)
