building kopete, cannot install libqt3-dev -> xlibs-pic

Hi all,

I'm trying to build kopete on my PBG4 12" but get the following error

./configure
...

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0) (headers and 
libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

dpkg -l|grep qt

pi  libqt2         2.3.1-22       Qt GUI Library (runtime version).

 apt-get install libqt3-dev
