Kernel 2,6 Compilation problems (gnucash)

Hi,

I tried to convince my m68k Mac IIfx, running a newly-ported Linux 2.6.0,
to compile the latest gnucash from unstable. (Not that it would actually
be useable there, but Debian requires all binaries to compile everywhere.)

It failed with a weird error.

I then tried to do the same on PPC (also running the latest 2.6.0-test
kernel).

It failed with a slightly different weird error. What's more, a
recompilation returned yet another different weird error. It seems that
either make, libtool, or the file system get somewhat confused. :-/

Could somebody (preferably more than one somebody) who's using kernel
2.6.0-test7 or later please try this (just apt-get source gnucash from
unstable, install build-deps, debuild) and tell me whether that worked for
you?

Thanks!

My build log is available as http://smurf.noris.de/code/gnucash.log.gz.

Because it's nicer to be with someone than it is not to be with someone.
