gpm and 2.6.0-test5-benh

Hi all,

Doing some more testing on 2.6.0-test5-benh, I've been having some weird
encounters with gpm. I can't get it to copy and paste => mouse button
emulation isn't working properly?

This the the values of /proc/sys/mac_hid/* :

mouse_button_emulation = 1
mouse_button2_keycode = 97
mouse_button3_keycode = 100

The mouse buttons work perfectly fine under X, and gpm does the job by
tracking, it's only the buttons that seem to not work. I'm using gpm
version 1.19.6-12.1. My /etc/gpm.conf is:

device=/dev/input/mice
responsiveness=
repeat_type=
type=autops2
append=""
sample_rate=
