AW: how to start kde ?

I can start kde from the console by typing "startx". kdm starts also from
the console with "kdm". If you would like to start kdm at boottime, create a
file /etc/X11/defaultwindowmanager and write the path of kdm to the first
line. I guess, it is /usr/bin/kdm.
