Configuring XFree on a TiBook
Hi,
I'm new to this list. I'm writing here as my last attempt to install X on a
TiBook (800).
First of all, I do not understand why my problem is not documented. What's
cool with Apple is that there is not a lot of different hardware solution,
wich should ease the problem solving. Anyway...
I tried several times to install X under the TiBook, it never worked. I
tried once with Gentoo 1.4 and once with Debian Woody. Each time I did not
succeed, partly because of the weird (wrong: specific) screen resolution.
Did somebody experienced some problem installing X on a large screen
machine (TiBook or PowerMac with the new LCD screen?)
