Edit your /etc/sysctl.conf and add dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation=1 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode=125 dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode=96 Tho you'll probably want to replace the numbers on lines 2 and 3 with whatever keyboard keycodes you want. The above are for an ibook, using the command and enter keys to the right of the spacebar as middle and right-click. Lots of people use F11/F12 which are 87/88 respectively (so replace 125 and 96 with 87 and 88). Then re-read the conf file by running sysctl -p as root.
