You have to have the following Seciton "InputDevice" in XF86Config-4:

Section "InputDevice"
	Identifier	"Generic Keyboard"
	Driver		"keyboard"
	Option		"CoreKeyboard"
	Option		"XkbRules"	"xfree86"
	Option		"XkbModel"	"macintosh"
	Option		"XkbLayout"	"de"
	Option		"XkbVariant"	"mycustomkeys"
EndSection



For me the combination from my former mail and this add-on in
XF86Config4 works.
