I found a IBM page with RS/6000 related manuals here:

According to the 7043 43P Installation and Service Guide 

'F05' - Transfer control to Operating System (normal boot).

Thanks for the link to your page... Now it seems like I'll need to spend
some time
building a gcc cross-compiler for powerpc to make my own images...
