I've been trying to get a 2.4.x kernel to work on my PowerMac 9600 with G4 upgrade. The closest I've gotten is with a stock 2.4.17 kernel. It seems to boot ok until it gets to: Setting the System Clock using the Hardware Clock as reference... After that it just sits there, nothing more is ever put on the screen.. Anyone have an idea what might be causing this? TIA, Ron
