Presumably missing build dependencies or conflictions of some sort. 
The buildd environment currently seems to have utah-glx installed,
which provides libgl-dev.  If you aren't going to build with that,
perhaps you should be more specific?

In any case, I don't want to default building against utah, so I
changed that and requeued coin.
