Your best bet would be woody boot floppies, since they already support
reiser. You'll also need a recent version of yaboot to boot reiser.

If you're not ready for woody, you at least need Adrian Bunk's backported 
packages <http://people.debian.org/~bunk/debian/dists/potato/main/>.
