Well, it seems to boot up, but I think it then hits some kind of loop,
since it puts the same message up over and over...I don't think it gets
as far as mounting any partitions, because when I reverted back to my
(working) 2.2.18 kernel, I get no fsck messages...

I did this, but it didn't work. All blank...

You mean like a zterm from another machine? What would be the args to
put so that I could see the output?
