Any package not in Debian proper should at least have two dots IMHO so that it
doesn't interfere with new package uploads (including NMUs). I'd suggest
something like reiserfsprogs_3.x.0j-1.0.robert1_powerpc.deb . That will be
considered more recent than -1_ but less recent than -2_ and -1.1_ .
