I don't have any experience with these machines. Have you checked the
IBM7248-HOWTO? Seems like it has some good info, some of which may be
applicable. 

I found a page specific to your model in German, probably the same one
you found, which has some good instructions. I translated it using
google, the url for that is

The 6015 is listed on our boot-floppies install-prep.en.txt page,
maybe Matt Porter remembers where he got that info?
