Hiho,
As usual I am impressed and awed by the performance and features of the
PPC port. However, I have run into one of my infrequent problems. When I
eject the cisco wireless ethernet card from my pcmcia slot, it also turns
off my powerbook's built-in airport. The cisco card is eth1, the airport
is eth0. When I issue 'cardctl eject', both interfaces go down, but the
airport drivers are not unloaded. I can issue ifdown eth0 && ifup eth0 to
bring it back up.
Any idea what script is takeing down both eth1 and eth0? I couldn't
figure it out.
Regards,
Jeffrey Baker
