Starting up without a monitor (PMac 7200)
Hi,
I had to compile my own kernel (2.2.19) to replace the one off the CD
(2.2.18pre21).
Since I changed kernels my machine (a PowerMac 7200) will not start up
unless I have a monitor plugged in. The monitor does not have to be turned
on, just plugged into the monitor port.
I could start up without a monitor perfectly with the old kernel.
How do I solve this problem? I'm getting sick of carting my monitor around
the house!
Thanks.
