from the stadnard place to get java for linux, the blackdown people do all the
actual work for getting sun java running on linux, and for powerpc we have
Kevin Hendricks to thank (getting blackdown java running on ppc)

Anyway go look at www.blackdown.org or any mirror (such as
mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/java-linux) for the 1.3.1 java for ppc linux. There
are no debs, but the tarball is fine.
