well, i have not quite figured out where debian-cd actually gets bootx
from yet ;-)

its not in the cvs tree is all i know for sure, so i assume its
snarfing it from somewhere, i just need to find out where that
happens.  we could likely stick a file on a debian site somewhere or
in cvs somewhere.

i can do that. i just needs to be in netatalk format since thats what
mkisofs is looking for (it might figure out macbinary files, im not
sure).  a netatalk .tar.gz is easier to manage from *nix then
macbinary is IMO.
