I tried this out on my 7300, but I have no idea what the correct answer
is. At least there aren't any nul's or soh's. Here's the output for a few
of my partitions:

$ ./ofpath /dev/sdc6
/bandit/gc/53c94/sd@4:6
$ ./ofpath /dev/sda5
/bandit/gc/mesh/sd@0:5
$ ./ofpath /dev/sdb3
/bandit/gc/mesh/sd@2:3

/dev/sda and /dev/sdb are internal drives, while /dev/sdc is an external
(ran out of room inside...), so maybe that's why it has a different looking
ofpath?
