there is now finally patches available, though they will still
probably change on an hourly basis:

ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/cort

unless you have a specific need (read hardware support) for 2.4 you
are MUCH better off sticking with 2.2.19 which is fine from
ftp.kernel.org (no patch required).
