Which settings for Accel on iMac?

I am running XF 4.0.2 on my iMac (an early model).

I had to set the following option in XFConfig-4
      Option          "Noaccel" 
as the fonts were right/left reversed and very illisible.

Here the output of dmesg

I just upgraded my kernel to to 
Linux iMac 2.4.4-pre1 #1 Mon Apr 16 19:26:42 CEST 2001 ppc unknown            
   
Does anybody have a better suggestion for the Accel-Option?
