Well. If you don't tell them you did it, who's gonna know? If you
publish some software that makes them want to sue you, them they might
try to invoke that clause to show you broke their license
agreement. Seems like the risk is low to me... But then again, I don't
do any disassembly, so I wouldn't listen to my ranting.
