Yes, it is the Pismo that I have. I'll try disabling the irda stuff and see if that
helps. I will post my findings to the list.
I assume that the IRDA drivers should be useable along side the modem. I'm not sure what
the correct /dev for the IRDA should be. I also wish to purchase a Keyspan USB to dual
minidin 8 RS422 adaptor so that I can use minicom to talk with my rs232 based embedded
products. I should also be able to use this device at the same time as using the modem
and IRDA devices. There are no drivers for the Keyspan product yet (as far as I know). I
guess the appropriate tty would be settable ?
