I use dpkg-buildpackage from dpkg-dev to build packages and automagically
sign them. I then use the dupload tool to shoot them up on master.
> apt-get source foo
> cd foo-xx.xx
> dpkg-buildpackage -B -mporter@debian.org
> cd ..; dupload foo-xx.xx*.changes
