Hi ! I'm thinking about moving one of my boxes to debian (I just can't leave without apt-get ;) and I was wondering what was the status of the gcc and glibc ports. On the various redhat-based distros, we use Franz Sirl versions but he maintains them as RPM only. He has some specific PPC patches, and those gcc/libc versions are _required_ by some of the accelerated X servers. Are the Debian packages in sync with Franz patches ?
