You can do one of three things:

- Force the deps, and hope it doesn't come back to haunt you. libssl09
is only used for secure sites.

- Alinate or compile libssl

- Or best yet, add a non-us site to your sources.list (like
http://non-us.debian.org). The standard Debian site can't carry it, as
it's in the US, and covered by the ever so stupid crypto laws. :(
