I don't think the PowerPC port has floppy disk images yet.  The short
answer would be, then, you don't.

I installed the PowerPC port of Debian on my iMac by hijacking an
installation of LinuxPPC <URL:http://www.linuxppc.org/>.  If there's any
interest (in private mail, please) I'll write up a HOWTO Hijack LinuxPPC
for Debian document. :>
