[Popcon-developers] Please add Mahomed Adnene Trojette as commiter

Mohammed accepted to take over the task of handling popcon
translation updates from me.

As there will be a bunch of translation updates soon because of the
new template, it's time to give him work..:-)

Could you please add him as commiter to the project=A0?

PS=A0: I slightly modified the last template which had an extra space at
the beginning of the long description. And I commited the French
translation update as I want to be back to 100% ASAP, of course..:-)
