Thanks for checking - yep, the debian.css file does appear to be fine.
The following paths (relative to the policy base) produce HTTP 404
responses:

  * _static/css/theme.css
  * _static/jquery.js
  * _static/sphinx_highlight.js
  * _static/js/theme.js
