Package: debian-policy
Version: 4.4.1.1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

the current package description contains this paragraph:

It also replaces the old Packaging Manual; most of the still-relevant
content is now included as appendices to the Policy Manual.

I'm around a long time and I dont remember the old Packaging Manual, so
I think this paragraph can safely be dropped.

Thanks for your work on debian-policy!
