Bug#931975: dpkg-checkbuilddeps don't allow multiple Vcs-Git statements

I concur and so I've gone ahead and committed it to master.

We can continue to discuss the more substantial change proposal in this
bug.  I didn't mark this informative change as resolving the bug.
