I haven't had a chance to review the details yet, but wanted to send a
quick and immediate reply to say *thank you* and I really appreciate you
tackling this!  I think this general idea would go a long way to making
this data more useful.

Does anyone reading the Policy list know of anything that would *break* if
we converted the virtual package list to a structured form?  I think it's
likely we'll accept this if not, so this is a call for any issues that I'm
not thinking of.
