I don't think it decides that question at all, so the broader question
about whether Debian wants to allow vendor-specific series files other
than Ubuntu's is still open. My point is only that it makes sense that,
even if Debian decides to support vendor-specific series files in general,
Ubuntu could still decide to not support one for Ubuntu in particular, and
that has ramifications for what Debian may want to accept.
