Bug#905696: debian-policy: Errors in README

Package: debian-policy
Version: 4.2.0.1
Severity: minor

There are some errors in README.txt.gz:
1) git clone git://anonscm.debian.org/dbnpolicy/policy.git

This repository does not exist (anymore?). Probably on salsa right
now?

2) : git merge master
    # Edit files to remove conflict
         : git commit -s

The double colon is not present in any of the other command line
inputs.

3) <local-branch-name> is some convenient name designating your local

Probably a substitution from HTML did not work here. There a several
other instances of similar problems below in the README, e.g. below
"Repository layout" and "Managing a bug"
