Thanks for that :), anyway it'd be good accepting MR on salsa and having the
discussion there. But it's a matter of team preferences of course.

My intention is turning that section on a self-contained one (while you are
reading the policy for the first time). I know if you are becoming a DD, you
must read both documents, the policy, and dev-ref but I thought it'd be good
having a footnote where you can find the actual values.
If you do not agree with this, please close this bug because I think dev-ref is
ok as it is right now.
