Bug#883233: First footnote to section 7.1 should say which of Debian's autobuilders ignore alternative dependencies

Good idea.

For porter uploads, some people (including me) use cowbuilder,
which uses aptitude, a “classic” hand-grown algorithm, or (in
very recent distributions) apt for dependency resolution, and
thus does consider alternative dependencies.

Others use sbuild, which may or may not, as the buildds also
use sbuild.

Not exactly a buildd, but for completeness sake…
