Ack, sorry, for some reason I thought we were already mentioning it as
optional. Now fixed to:

Yeah, apologies for the delay in uploading a release. This was somewhat
poor planning on my part: I applied the changes for the MPL license, and
was waiting for a base-files upload that included those licenses so that
following Policy wouldn't involve removing a license for which we didn't
have a copy in common-licenses, and then ran into the release freeze. All
sorted out now, I think, and I'm planning on uploading debian-policy
today.
