Bug#759492: File conflicts between /bin and /usr/bin

I couldn't find bugs for these packages:

* yp-tools + hostname:
/bin/domainname
/bin/nisdomainname
/bin/ypdomainname

* pm-utils + molly-guard:
/sbin/pm-hibernate
/sbin/pm-suspend
/sbin/pm-suspend-hybrid

* elvis-tiny:
/bin/vi
(/usr/bin/vi is not shipped by any package, but managed by 
update-alternatives.)
