Hmm. I don't have much experience with that js stuff. It might be
possible to turn off mathjax support completely during the export.

Either emacs24_24.4+1~ or org-mode_8.2.10~ + emacs24_24.3.1 should be
ok. I haven't tested with earlier versions; I guess backporting is not
such an important issue for debian-policy.
