It seems like the Gandi support team was not the right contact,
and in fact, the discount is still available.
Section 4.13.2 still needs an update, as the email
address given there is no longer valid.

I think section 4.13.2 (or even the whole section 4.13) should be replaced
with a pointer to that wiki page.
