The issue is that it is dangerous to upload packages built with a different
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS than the one on the buildd.
So it is safer to keep the baseline at 'no options', otherwise all tools used
to build package (sbuild, pbuilder, etc.) need to be updated when the default
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS change.

All the more reasons to have a wiki page that document the logging behaviour of
the common build systems.
