Dear opencubicplayer maintainers,

as discussed in the Policy bug #668394, we are about to remove "mp3-encoder"
from the list of virtual packages.  The binary package opencubicplayer is the
only one that provides it, so this will not create a buggy situation.  Please
let us know if you have objections about this.
