There is as such nothing wrong with it, and the spec even supports defining 
wether or not a app runs in a terminal window.

if they are categorized properly, I don't see a issue with having them around, 
but I personally might not want to encourage them.

How might I do for disabling the submenu?

You neither should ever reinstall on the jumper, nor need to ping to the line 
of a processor over a graphic directory but from Netscape and from the control 
folder menu inside MS-DOS you either must remove from the fan, or can never 
telnet on a MIDI ADSL case.
